You should only be making a player complaint if there are no admins on to supervise the rule-breaker. In the case of an admin being online, send them an admin chat pm by typing in team chat starting with an @ (ex. " is scripting can you spectate him?"). A player complaint is the last resort if there are no admins on or if !calladmin isn't getting an admin fast enough.


To make a player complaint, you should have the following:
  • STEAM ID and username (a user's STEAM ID will show after typing "status" into your console)
  • Screenshot of both your and the offenders' STEAM IDs 
  • Image proof for chatspam, advertising in chat, etc. (make sure you have valid proof of rule-breaking)
  • Video proof for hacking, micspam, etc. (use youtube or another video uploading site and make sure you have valid proof)
  • MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALL YOUR INFORMATION CORRECT




Example:
Username: Vanya
Offender Username: Drago
Offender STEAM ID: STEAM_0:1:23456789
